All chick orders will be pre-purchased online or in store. There will be no refunds for orders not picked up by the cut off time. Chicks usually arrive on Thursday and need to be picked up by the following Saturday before noon. Chicks not picked up will be put up for sale, with no refund.

Once chicks have left our store we do not guarantee livability or gender. Because of conditions outside of our control, we will not refund chicks that have passed away or chicks that are not the correct gender after they have been picked up.
