By purchasing chicks on our online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

All chick orders will be pre-purchased online or in store.

Chicks typically arrive on Thursdays. All chicks need to be picked up by the end of the day on Friday. Chicks not picked up will be put up for sale, with no option for refund.

When chicks arrive, we make sure they are warm, eating, drinking and looking bright prior to departure. Once chicks have left our store, we have no control over their care. Therefore, we do not guarantee livability after the chicks leave the store.

The hatchery does their best to determine gender, but it is not a perfect science. The hatchery has an 85%-90% accuracy rate. There is no guarantee on gender. Please check with your municipality on regulations for roosters and plan accordingly.
