Special order birds have a minimum order quantity. Once we get enough birds to fill the minimum requirements we will set up a date for pickup.
These hardy birds adapt readily to the wild and are prized by sportsmen for their excellent flying ability and brilliant colors. At maturity, the cocks weight is 2.7 to 3 pounds and the hens 1.7 to 2.2 pounds.
