Perform Gold focuses on amino acid balance by including whey protein which is essential for muscle growth and development, and also electrolyte balance which aids in hydration. Additionally, it includes an organic, plant-based calcium, which provides gastric buffering for performance horses and those under stress.
Triple Crown Perform Gold goes beyond by providing: enhanced gastric support with a seaweed-derived calcium source, optimal amino acid balance with added whey protein and improved glucose utilization from Chromium which may improve performance and delay fatigue. Feeding Directions
Other Considerations
If feeding less than 6 lb. per day (per 1,000 lb of body weight), supplement with 1 lb. per day of Triple Crown Balancer or Triple Crown Balancer Gold in order to meet recommended levels of vitamins, minerals and digestive support.Triple Crown Perform Gold should be fed to performance horses and hard keepers along with a minimum of 1% of body weight in hay (10 lb.) per day for a 1,000 lb. horse.
Adjust the amount of Triple Crown Perform Gold, up or down, as needed to maintain desired body condition. Do not feed more than 5 lb. at a single meal. Allow 3 to 4 hours between meals.
NOTE: Provide plenty of fresh, clean water at all times. Keep product fresh in cool, dry storage. Examine product daily. DO NOT use if old, moldy or contaminated with insects.
CAUTION: Follow feeding guidelines. Chromium supplementation should not exceed 4 mg per day. Feeding added Selenium at levels in excess of 0.30 ppm in the total diet is prohibited. Product contains added Copper; do not feed to sheep.
