The Silver Laced Polish chicken is the most striking in appearance of the “Poland Fowls.” They have a full crest of feathers that grow out of a knob on the skull and large cavernous nostrils. Their plumage is silvery white, each feather laced with lustrous black. Breeders have worked for years to perfect the black lacing in the feathers. Hens lay small white eggs and are non-setters.
